Paul Strickland is a writer, performer, and musician. In 2016 the Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC) called Paul’s musical play “Papa Squat” a 5 Star “minor miracle” and he won “Best of Fest” at Calgary Fringe. His play “My Left Teeth,” which he also directed, was listed as one of Cincinnati Enquirer’s Theater Top Ten of 2016. Most recently Paul was the composer, lyricist and music director for “The Darkest Night at the Gnarly Stump” at KNOW Theatre Cincinnati. He lives and works with his partner in art and life, Erika Kate MacDonald, in a script, sheet-music, and puppet strewn apartment in Covington, KY.
